INTEGRATED ENERGY

Put load, site and investment boundaries
on one shared baseline.

For parks, manufacturing plants and commercial facilities, we organise the baseline and screen solar, storage and efficiency opportunities. Data, connection constraints and responsibilities come before technology combinations and commercial routes.

WHEN TO START

Start with a boundary review
in these situations.

01

Several energy proposals exist but use incomparable assumptions

02

Solar or storage is planned but consumption, connection and investment boundaries need review

03

Existing assets need a phased, verifiable upgrade priority

04

Multiple park stakeholders require a clear owner, investor, EPC and operator split

FIRST INPUTS

For the first review,
accuracy matters more than completeness.

Missing information is recorded as a data gap and lowers decision confidence; it is not hidden behind default assumptions.

01

At least 12 months of bills and available load data

02

Site plan, roof/land information and use-right boundaries

03

Distribution-system information, existing energy assets and shifts

04

Investment preference, green-electricity objective, schedule and existing suppliers

STAGE GATES

Every stage ends with
proceed, adjust or stop.

  1. 01 · Baseline review

Align consumption, tariffs, maximum demand, shifts and exceptional periods; document assumptions.

  2. 02 · Opportunity screening

Review solar, storage, asset optimisation and management measures independently.

  3. 03 · Detailed assessment

Define sizing, connection, fire/grid requirements, investment model and implementer.

  4. 04 · Delivery & acceptance

Check equipment, construction, commissioning, metering and operating data against milestones.

DELIVERABLES

Not a verbal recommendation.
A handover-ready document set.

Document names and depth depend on the commissioned scope; this is the usual structure.

DOC-01Energy baseline and data-gap register
DOC-02Opportunity screen including rejected options
DOC-03Techno-economic model and sensitivity assumptions
DOC-04Project-role, interface and risk register
DOC-05Phased roadmap and acceptance schedule

BOUNDARIES

Put role and claim boundaries
into the project documents.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions to settle
before the project starts.

Can we start with utility bills only?

They support an initial baseline, but sizing normally also requires load data, shifts and site information.

Must solar and storage be combined?

No. Each opportunity is assessed independently and combined only when boundaries and economics support it.

Does Junxin invest directly?

The investment role is verified per project. No investment commitment is made before entity, terms and closing are confirmed.

START THE REVIEW

Turn the current state and objective
into the first project brief.

Provide the location, timing, stage and known information. The responsible lead will respond with the data gaps and suggested next gate.
