This policy covers this website and project enquiries, not separate employee, candidate or project data agreements.
2. Information processed
Hosting infrastructure receives technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested page to deliver and secure the website. Infrastructure providers may retain logs. Enquiries may contain your company, contact name, work email, service interest, project region and message. Do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
3. When enquiry data is sent
The form states the available delivery method. Preparing an email draft keeps the entered content in the current browser until you choose to send it from your email application. Drafts are not saved to browser storage. Online submission is enabled only after delivery is configured. In that mode, validated information is sent through the email delivery provider to Junxin. A confirmation is shown only after that provider accepts the request. If unavailable, the form offers an email draft and explains the status. No marketing subscription is created.
4. Purposes and lawful grounds
Enquiries are used to respond, understand requirements and assess potential cooperation. Where GDPR applies, requested pre-contractual steps may support relevant processing; assessed legitimate interests may support business contact communications and website security. Other processing that requires consent must be separately explained. Reading this policy does not authorize unspecified processing.
5. Cookies and local storage
No analytics, advertising pixels, marketing trackers or third-party embeds are installed in the current site. The local storage key junxin_privacy_v1 remembers the necessary-only choice, version and timestamp for up to 180 days. Expired preferences are requested again. Essential hosting, security or platform access functions may also apply according to the hosting configuration.
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to view or clear our preference record. The site works when local storage is blocked, although the notice may reappear. Any new optional technology requires an updated notice and applicable authorization before activation. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is acknowledged in the preference panel. The current site does not enable sale or cross-context behavioural advertising sharing, and core access is unaffected by GPC.
6. Recipients and international processing
Authorized Junxin staff and necessary hosting, security and email providers may process information. The site is built for Cloudflare Workers hosting; Sites access may additionally involve platform account verification. Resend is used if online email delivery is configured. Your email provider and Junxin's receiving email provider may also process correspondence. The application does not create a separate enquiry database or log form contents.
Junxin or providers may be outside your location. Restricted international transfers require applicable transfer grounds, provider terms and safeguards to be confirmed before that processing. Contact us for the recipients and safeguards relevant to your information.
7. Retention and security
Correspondence is kept as needed to respond, assess cooperation, fulfil resulting projects and meet legal requirements. The period depends on the ongoing relationship and legal retention duties. You can request the specific arrangements or deletion where applicable. The preference record has the period stated above. Form processing includes length, format and same-origin checks; live transmission should use HTTPS. Server configuration and email access should be restricted. Internet and email systems cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law and conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to a competent data protection authority.
Where CCPA/CPRA applies, California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit specified sensitive-information uses. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. This site does not enable sale or advertising sharing, so no additional opt-out action is required for those inactive functions.
